2. Bookings & Payments

Payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Payment plans must be completed before the final deadline to avoid cancellation or forfeiture.


3. Cancellations & Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations unless outlined in a specific promotional policy.
In case of event postponement or cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), Mocha Fest reserves the right to offer credit or alternate event dates in lieu of refunds.


4. Travel Documents

It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required vaccinations, before entering a host country.


5. Hotel & Resort Policies

Guests are subject to the rules and regulations of the host resorts.
Mocha Fest is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings at the resort or event venues.
Resort check-in and check-out times, amenities, and services are governed by each hotel’s policies.


6. Event Access

• Access to Mocha Fest events may require a valid wristband, badge, or digital pass.
• Mocha Fest reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals for inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or violation of event rules.


7. Code of Conduct

All attendees must respect other guests, staff, and performers. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in removal without refund.


8. Photography & Media

By attending Mocha Fest, you consent to being photographed or filmed. Mocha Fest reserves the right to use any images, videos, or content captured at the events for promotional or commercial use.


9. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that participation in Mocha Fest involves inherent risks, including but not limited to travel, physical activity, and large gatherings. You accept personal responsibility for any risks or injuries sustained.


10. Limitation of Liability

Mocha Fest and its affiliates are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, booking services, or attendance at events.


11. Modifications
